Together has reported supporting over 13,400 property transactions in the last year, averaging 52 new loans every working day, underscoring its impact on the UK property lending market.
The lender, which has ambitions to become the UK's most valued non-bank lender, has penned 13,414 loans from March 2023 to February 2024. In February alone, Together completed 1,154 transactions, surpassing £250 million in new lending.
This includes over 920 loans in its unregulated sector and aiding more than 230 regulated clients in achieving their property goals. With short-term bridging loans as its core business, Together also provided 294 buy-to-let mortgages, amounting to nearly £54.3 million, to its expanding customer base.
Aaron Strutt, product director at Trinity Specialist Finance, says: "Together has a reputation for providing funding to borrowers struggling to secure mortgages through other lenders offering cheaper rates. The lender also issues competitively priced bridging loans."
