InterBay has partnered with valuation panel management company VAS Panel to help speed up commercial and semi-commercial loan applications. VAS Panel, an lender, will keep brokers updated on the progress of their valuation instructions and provide them with the valuation report to allow time to address any outstanding concerns quickly.
It also gives InterBay the leverage to broaden their valuation panel to provide greater choice for brokers. Emily Hollands, head of specialist finance, at InterBay said “This partnership allows brokers to instruct their own valuations and access live updates on their case which we know will be a timesaver and provides intermediaries with increased autonomy for their cases."
Interbay is the commercial lending arm of One Savings Bank.
